English Course Description |
For corporate law, exchange law, insurance law and marine law being the fundamental regulations of mercantile exercises, this class will make students have basic knowledge to those regulations through discussion crucial issues of regulations and cases. Learning commercial regulations also can help students realize that how commercial exercises operate in daily life. Except discussing legal issues of mercantile exercises, in the process of interpreting legal context, students can understand the structure, legal terms of laws and regulations, and develop researching capability about legal information.
The introduction of commercial regulation, legal research approaches and cooperation law are lectured in the first semester; in the second semester, exchange law, insurance law and marine law will be discussed. In addition, this courses aims to analysize the firms' strategies and conducts in different market structures by applying microeconomics and game theory. Empirical evidences are also provided. |
