Chinese Course Description		 本課程主要為比較法觀點評析商標法律問題並對於近來深受國人注目之商標法修正問題，作為比較法上探討，商標權、智慧權、工業財產權的本質特徵、體系地位及經濟意義等基本觀念，進而介紹商標法之基本法律問題。以期上課同學認識我國商標法的基礎。  
  英文課程概要
English Course Description		 This course will focus on the viewpoint of comparative law to discuss the important issues of the amendment of Trademark Act. It will also put emphasis on the characteristics and the position of intellectual property regime and economic meaning of Trademark rights and intellectual property rights or industrial property rights. Then it will discuss the fundamental legal issuess of Trademark Act. Students will establish a general understanding of the basic aspect of the Trademark Act of R.O.C.

  教學目標
Course Objectives		 本課程的教學目標在於使同學在既有知識基礎上對能對商標法有更深入的認識，除理論與原則的
研究外，並著重商標法在實務上的運用與實施，以及比較法面向的掌握。期望同學在理論與實務上都有更
進一步的了解。
